1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CS2Brain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CS2Brain is a tactical co-pilot and real-time overlay application for Counter-Strike 2. It utilizes Game State Integration (GSI) to provide real-time telemetry, economic predictions, and tactical planning tools.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or CS2Brain cancels it.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting CS2Brain customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.

6. Liability Limitations

In no event shall CS2Brain, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

VAC / Anti-Cheat Status: While CS2Brain uses official Valve Game State Integration (GSI) and does not modify game memory or files, we are not responsible for any bans or penalties applied to your account by Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) or third-party platforms (like FACEIT or ESEA). Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
